This page is primarily here to point you to the SAFEGUARDING forms and documents on the SLSA Wales website. Any incident involving a child or children that makes you feel uncomfortable should be reported using the guidelines referred to.

The club also pursues a policy as regards to the training of children in that all Parent Helpers/Coaches/Trainers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked, encouraged to become further qualified and attend an ONLINE SAFEGUARDING COURSE!

Please choose carefully which form to use for reporting incidents and forward to the either the Club Safeguarding Officer safeporthmawrsurf@gmail.com , or the SLSA Wales Safeguarding Officer or of course a member of the Porthmawr Committee and Trustees. All submitted documents will be treated in the strictest confidence and only be forwarded upwards along the appropriate channels.
