SAFEGUARDING

The club pursues a policy that ensures all Parent Helpers/Coaches/Trainers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and encouraged to become further qualified and attend an ONLINE SAFEGUARDING COURSE!

SAFEGUARDING forms and documents are available on the SLSA Wales website. Any incident involving a child or children that makes you feel uncomfortable should be reported using the guidelines referred to.

Please choose carefully which form to use for reporting incidents and forward to the either the Club Safeguarding Officer safeporthmawrsurf@gmail.com , or the SLSA Wales Safeguarding Officer or of course a member of the Porthmawr Committee and Trustees. All submitted documents will be treated in the strictest confidence and only be forwarded upwards along the appropriate channels.
